** 20 Point Check List
1. Check system for proper refriderant charge
2. Check compressor amps
3. Check condenser fan motor
4. Check condenser fan motor (clean as needed)
5. Check contactor points
6. Check capacitor
7. Check thermostat calibration
8. Check thermostat level
9. Check temperature split at evaporator coil
10. Check blower amps
11. Check heat strip amps
12. Check all electrical connections
13. Check safety controls where applicable
14. Change filter (or wash filter,if washable)
15. Flush or blowout condensate drain line
16. Check and clean evaporator drain pan
17. Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
18. Check all visual leaks
19. Check final performance
20. Report any necessary improvements
**30 Point Check List
Includes all of the above plus these additional services:
1. Clean vegetation, ect from outdoor unit
2. Check the crankcase heater
3. Pull and clean indoor blower unit
4. Check condensing temperature split at condensing coil
5. Clean, check and adjust condenser fan (outside)
6. Check defrost control
7. Make sure A/C condenser is level
8. Check for excessive vibration
9. Check air circulation-no balancing
10. Check for air leaks at plenum
