Extended Warranties WITH SERVICE Plans
As we know, air conditioning is a must in Florida and by taking care of your system, you will save money and also save yourself and others in your home a lot of discomfort. Indoor Comfort Solutions can protect your investment as well as your comfort with one of our extended warranty with service plans.
Most homeowners understand the importance of routine maintenance on their air conditioning and heating systems but due to busy schedules, family obligations, and other priorities they forget about it until its too late or worse too hot. Along with costly repairs, higher energy bills are directly related to lack of maintenance.
Most companies provide extended warranties which only remain valid if the homeowner pays for a yearly maintenance visit which they are responsible for scheduling and most importantly remembering. We have raised the bar by providing our customers with an Extended Warranty WITH Maintenance Plans. These plans relenquish any responsibility to the homeowner. Our plans include a once per year full preventative maintenance visit scheduled by us at no additional cost to you the homeowner. You have only one obligation; Change your filter regularly, and leave the rest to us.
We offer 2 different extended warranty plans: see below for details. As a extended agreement customer, your comfort will be insured for the length of your terms with no hidden costs. If it breaks we will fix it.
WARRANTIES
***5 Year Extended Warranty with Service Plan
This plan would cover the system from the 2nd year through the 5th year. That's four additional years of coverage on parts and labor on all internal parts as well as four yearly preventative maintenance visits. You will receive 24 hour priority service for all nights, weekends, and holidays. Customer Cost: $375.00 per system
***10 Year Extended Warrany WITH SERVICE Plan
This plan would cover the system from the 2nd year through the 10th year. That's nine additional years of coverage on parts and labor on all internal parts as well as nine yearly preventative maintenance visits. You will receive 24 hour priority service for all nights, weekends, and holidays. Customer Cost: $875.00 per system
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE/SERVICE AGREEMENTS
**20 Point Residential Annual Maintenance Agreement: $150.00 per system
1. 20 point check 2 times a year
2. 15% discount on any repair
3. Priority service scheduling
**20 Point Residential 1 time Maintenance: $75.00 per system
**30 Point Residential Annual Maintenance Agreement: $190.00 per system
1. 20 point check (1st visit)
